We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking information
- Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over €50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
Just as we protect nature during our outdoor adventures, we protect your satisfaction with our hassle-free return policy.
Return Conditions
- You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange
- Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, with all original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used hydration camping items (water bottles, water filters)
- Unpacked sleeping gear (sleeping bags, camping pillows)
- Used or customer-damaged camping equipment
Return Process

- Our team will send you a return authorization with instructions
- Carefully package the item with its original packaging

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the desired item
- We’ll send the new item once we receive and approve the return
- Shipping costs for the new item will be your responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error
